We won gold in the British Property Awards 2021-2022 for best estate agent in Canterbury. Our Sales team performed outstandingly throughout the extensive judging period, which focused mainly on our customer service levels. The British Property Awards are one of the most inclusive estate agency awards providers. Their team personally mystery shops every estate agent against a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service levels. The judging criteria is both comprehensive and detailed exploring different mediums, scenarios and time periods to ensure that agents have been rigorously and fairly judged.

Page & Co looked after me as letting agent and then, when I decided to sell, after 32 years of letting (with agents of very varying quality), Page"s sold the flat for me. They were very professional and efficient in valuing the flat and quoted me a valuation that I thought was quite optimistic. However, within days they had four offers, two of which were for the full asking price. Because of Covid and some fiddly issues with the lease, the transaction was a little drawn out, but it was not their fault. I couldn"t be happier with their services, both letting and selling and I am very grateful to Holly, Laura and Sonal for all their polite and efficient manner in dealings with me.
