One of our eye catching For Sale boards will also be erected attracting buyers who are browsing the neighbourhood. We don’t just rely on marketing, we have our very own database of hot buyers, who have been suitably qualified by us and who we keep in regular contact with, proactively encouraging viewings and thinking outside the box
Our marketing photographs are creatively taken. We don’t just point and click. We take care and time to take the best shots that will project the best impression of your property. We can also arrange for a more professional, upmarket brochure of your property to really boost it’s attractiveness. We are able to check your property’s online performance and do so regularly to ensure that it is getting noticed and through to the right target audience. If for some reason the popularity dips then we are ready with techniques to boost it back up again.
All our viewings are accompanied by one of our sales staff. You can be assured that we will respect your property at all times and will remove our shoes and remember to switch lights off, close windows and lock doors when we leave.
