The house is in walking distance to CCCU and UCA and comes with off road parking. The house itself is very spacious and has a large lounge/diner with French doors opening to the garden which makes the room a bright and pleasant space to socialise and relax. There is a large through kitchen with ample cupboard space to store your own food and a number of fridges/freezers for everyone to use. f) Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax; and
g) A default fee for late payment of rent and replacement of a lost key/security device, where required under a tenancy agreement
