In slightly unusual circumstances, Page & Co have been asked to find a suitable tenant who is looking for a two bedroom apartment within the City Walls. The unusual circumstances are that the apartment to be rented long term is currently undergoing extensive works as part of a major site refurbishment by house builders Bellway. These works are likely to take around four months to complete and in the meantime, a lovely temporary apartment is being offered. This temporary apartment also has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is fully furnished and available to move in to now. Once the work has been completed, the tenant can then move into the original, newly decorated apartment for the remainder of their contract.
Due to this unusual circumstance, we are offering a discounted rent of £800 per calendar month, which will then be increased to £950 once the tenant has moved into the original apartment.
The ideal tenant would be either a single professional or two sharers. The tenant has access to the stunning gated communal gardens, which runs alongside the River Stour and through to the City Centre and Cathedral. Secure allocated parking is also included.
Unfortunately we do not have suitable marketing photographs to show, however, viewings can be arranged.
This is a great opportunity to have a superb apartment at a reduced rent for a limited time period and then to move into a newly decorated apartment. Please call Page & Co now on 01227 472000 for further information and arrange a viewing.
